July 2020 NOTE:
Circuit Breaker Shortage
Due to COVID19, (this has been ongoing issue for over two months); numerous circuit breaker manufacturers have been and are still experiencing significant shortages or outright unavailability of AFCI's, GFCI's, 1- and 2-pole 120/240-v circuit breakers. This has created a serious matter of concern for electrical contractors, builders, owners and ultimately the end user.
UL classified circuit breakers have been manufactured for many years. Typically, in the past these devices were utilized or limited as a replacement breaker only.
Below is a publication sheet of Eaton (Cutler-Hammer Series), classified circuit breakers that include; specified vs. classified, testing, warranty, safety, UL acceptance information and classified breaker solution chart that identifies specific other circuit breaker manufacturers that have been listed as classified by Eaton, including their amperage and voltage ratings.
As always, discuss specific code compliance requirements with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for each project.
Possibly, this may be a viable short term solution to this matter, until such time as manufacturing returns to normal.

Contractor Compliance Requirements
EPA Guide to Lead-Safe Renovate Right
Contractors play a significant role in preventing lead exposure. Normal renovation and maintenance work can create toxic lead dust that can be harmful to the occupants, workers and even their family members. Being compliant with lead-safe work practices, both firms and employees can prevent such hazards.
Further, this rule applies single-family dwellings, apartments, and child-occupied facilities (daycares and schools), built prior to 1978. Responsible parties include, property owners, managers, carpenters, drywallers, plasterers, electricians, general contractors, HVAC, painters and plumbers that disturb more than 6 square feet of painted surface per interior room or 20 square feet on the exterior of affected buildings.
The RRP contractor program includes educating the occupants, training, testing, firm certification and work practice requirements.
Ohio Building Departments do not enforce the RRP lead regulations. Contact the local Health Department or EPA office for further details.

What a shame to do this to a C/H Panel!
KCTV5 News
(possibly due to the product (CSST), improper installation, non-certified installers or electrical bonding concerns?)
CSST and fittings
CSST Bonding Requirements
Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST) is a flexible LP (propane) and natural gas piping method, available in sizes 3/8" - 2". It is to be installed by a certified installer, and requires bonding to the electrical service grounding electrode system at the point where the gas service enters the building.
Typically, the manufacturer requests the bonding jumper shall not be smaller than #6 CU wire or equivalent (for residential applications).
Where commercial projects have CSST installed, the design professional of record shall be consulted to determine the size of the bonding jumper.
(Table 250.102(C)(1) may be the designers code choice).
Lightning strikes, near or within a structure can cause pinholes in the product. The attached pictures, were taken from a local fire incident in 2012. This may cause an arc that can result in a potential fire hazard (below is an excerpt from Gastite, a major manufacturer of CSST, design and installation guide; dated 09.2017; www.gastite.com). In this case, bonding of the gas line was not provided.

Interior Installation
At the very least, it would be diificult, if not impossible for an individual with a physical disability to navigate their way, then enter the exterior area of assisted rescue, especially during such time that a life-safety incident occurs, when the intended location is being utilized as a storage area for extra chairs. First responders receive specific training in order to verify these defined locations are safe and clear, both during and after an emergency situation.
Simple housekeeping could avoid this potential hazard!
Maybe there is a better location to install the direct vent (two-pipe) system, sealed venting exhaust and outside air ducts for this replacement furnace and new A/C unit installation!
Rather than going through the door!
A closer look. If we dare!!!!
The cardboard and towels are a nice touch though, (finish work)?
The furnace was also installed in such a manner that the door on the control side, does not provide the proper access to the equipment (Then sheet metal work would have been needed).
Minimum 30" deep by 30" wide is required (for servicing)!
Further, the contractor disconnected the 240-v swimming pool pump motor circuit in order to terminate the new A/C unit.
You can see the result of no power to the pool for over a week.
Hint, Hint, the pretty green water!
Might want to consider a service upgrade!!!!!!!!!
How to create a positive customer experience!
Unique way to install an old work box!
These pictures are from a residential rewire performed by a non-licensed (unqualified) contractor, obviously no permit was secured prior to commencing the work.
